+ DO YOU OFFER A LA CARTE MARKETING SERVICES?

Yes, sometimes, but it has to be the right fit!

If we do, it's likely to only be social media management, SEO, or a new website. We typically don't offer smaller projects like email marketing or reputation management as standalone services.

We do, however, have other trusted industry providers that we would recommend to you!

+ HOW CAN YOU GET MY STORE'S ONLINE "VOICE" RIGHT?

Part of our onboarding process includes an entire session dedicated solely to our Branding Questionnaire. In that session we will talk about your voice, your audience, your needs, your likes and dislikes, and we'll learn a LOT about how we can effectively "be you."

We also have a great deal of experience working with other pet stores to fall back on, and have a pretty good idea of what pet parents (like ourselves) want to see and hear from their local pet store.

+ I'M WORRIED ABOUT ROI. CAN YOU GUARANTEE IT?

Short answer: no. No marketing partner can guarantee success, so don't believe them if they tell you that! We do our best to understand our clients' business before entering any partnership.

Our team uses a few different methods and strategies to ensure that we are communicating regularly and easily with you, your manager, and your staff or groomers.

It's important to us to get content from inside the store and that includes photosor videos of displays, pets, people, events, products, and more. We make sure that we keep those lines of communication open.
