G Suite Pricing Increases

Quick update today coming on the back of our recent Freesource post on G Suite regarding the recent G Suite pricing increases.

We understand that the point of a “freesource” is that it’s free, but you’ll have to cut us a little bit of slack here as we are still in the business of providing pet industry-related updates for pet business owners on their marketing tools, tactics, and strategies.

We’ll be borrowing a bit from the official Google release just a couple of weeks ago, but we’ll touch on the major points first without forcing you to read much further if you don’t want to:

  • Standard Suite items are still free

  • Priced plans: Basic has increased from $5/month to $6/month, Business has increased from $10 to $12/month, and Enterprise remains at $25/month.

Since GMail was introduced 10 years ago, Google have not raised prices until this month. Over the last ten years, G Suite has grown to provide more tools, functionality and value to help businesses transform the way they work. When it comes to marketing your pet store, or organizing your business, or leading your team, we still feel like G Suite is the best service on the market in terms of bang for your buck. As a retail business owner, that’s exactly what you’d be looking for right?

Besides, for an extra $12 per year it’s well worth it. Compared to the recent price hikes by Netflix, this is an easily-swallowed pill.
